Founder | MSc Applied Neuroscience
Megan Wilks is the Founder of The Vitalogy Project and holds a Master's degree in Applied Neuroscience from King's College London.
After overcoming her own experience with depression, Megan became passionate about understanding the science behind brain health and how nutrition and lifestyle influence the way we think, feel and perform every day.
Today, she combines neuroscience with evidence-based botanical ingredients to help people take a proactive approach to supporting their brains—not simply to reduce the risk of cognitive decline in later life, but to help them perform at their best every day.
