Refund policy

45-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At The Vitalogy Project, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you’re not feeling the benefits after 30 days of consistent use, we’re happy to offer you a refund (excluding shipping costs).

This guarantee applies only to the first-time purchase of any product. If your first order includes multiple units of the same formula, the guarantee will apply to one opened item only. Any additional units must be returned unopened at your own expense.
There is a limit of one guarantee per formula, per household. This policy does not apply to repeat purchases or subscription orders beyond the first month. For subscription customers, the guarantee ends once your second month’s supply has been charged.

The guarantee excludes:

  • Taste concerns for unflavoured products
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased via third-party retailers
  • Wholesale orders

If you purchased a bundle or system, you may receive a full or pro-rata refund for individual items. Returning an item from a bundle counts as a return of that specific product for all future purchases.

How to Claim a Refund

  1. Use the product for 30 days from the original purchase date. Our clinical support team is available throughout this time to help you get the best results.
  2. If after 30 days you’d like to proceed with a refund, contact our support team.
  3. If you haven’t already spoken with our naturopathic team, one of our Naturopaths may reach out to understand your experience and offer personalised support.
  4. If you still wish to continue with your claim, we will confirm your eligibility and provide the return address for any unopened items (if applicable).
  5. If your refund is for one eligible product, we will process it immediately and notify you via email.
  6. If your refund includes multiple units, return all unopened items with your order confirmation or a note including your name, email, and order number.
  7. You are responsible for the return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process refunds for items not received.
  8. Once your return arrives, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
  9. Refunds are issued via your original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

Important Notes

  • Only unopened items from approved bulk orders are eligible for refund.
  • Refund requests must be received within 45 days of the original purchase.
  • Returned items must be received within 14 days of return approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are not eligible.
  • Pro-rata refunds apply to bundles and systems.
  • Not valid for wholesale or third-party retailer purchases.
  • Money-back claims apply only to your first purchase of a product.

These guidelines help us support you with confidence while ensuring we can continue delivering high-quality, evidence-based products for years to come. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be deemed ineligible for refund.

Returns Outside the Money-Back Guarantee

Outside of the 45-day satisfaction guarantee, products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • They were damaged in transit
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is faulty

This returns policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To start a return, please contact us. Refunds are processed within 72 hours of stock being received. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to clear the funds. International return times may vary.

Returns Policy

The Vitality Project Trading Company Ltd aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged.  On occasion however, goods may need to be returned.  Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

1.1 If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact Us within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.  Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods.  We are fully responsible for paying shipment costs.  Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.  The packaging does not need to be unopened.  Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days and in any event no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods and will include standard delivery charges.  We regret that additional costs such as express delivery and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.

1.2 If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign any applicable delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged.  To return the damaged goods, please contact us within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return. We are fully responsible for paying shipment costs.  You will be given the option to have the goods replaced or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods.  Refunds will be issued no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods and will include standard delivery charges.  We regret that additional costs such as express delivery cannot be refunded.

1.3 If any goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact us within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.  We are fully responsible for paying shipment costs.  Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods.  Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days and in any event no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods and will include standard delivery charges.  We regret that additional costs such as express delivery cannot be refunded.

1.4  If any goods you have purchased develop faults within 14 calendar days of delivery, you may be entitled to a replacement but not a refund.  In order to arrange for such a replacement you should contact us within the 14 calendar day period to arrange collection and return. We will assess the goods and alleged faults upon receipt and if We conclude (at our sole discretion, acting reasonably and in good faith) determine that the fault is not a result of mistreatment by you (deliberate, negligent or otherwise), We will issue replacement goods at no additional cost to you.

1.5  If you are a consumer based within the European Union, you have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period.  This period begins once your order is complete and ends 14 calendar days after the goods have been delivered to you.  If the Goods are delivered to you in instalments, the 14 calendar day period begins on the day that you receive the final instalment.  If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please inform Us within 14 calendar days of receipt.  goods must be returned to Us within 14 calendar days of the day on which you inform Us that you wish to return the goods.  You are responsible for paying return shipment costs if goods are returned for this reason.  Refunds will be issued within 10 calendar days and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after you inform Us that you wish to cancel under this provision and will include standard delivery charges.  We regret that additional costs such as express delivery cannot be refunded.

1.6 The Vitality Project Trading Company Ltd may not be able to accept returns under the cooling off period of the following types of goods and/or taking into account the following circumstances:

Goods which are sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery; 

Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
