The Vitalogy Project

Megan Wilks
Founder & Neuroscientist
Neuroscientist, innovator, and natural health advocate, Megan Wilks founded The Vitalogy Project with a bold mission — to help people take control of their mental wellbeing and unlock their full brain potential.
Her journey began with a deep curiosity about the mind and a determination to find better solutions for those struggling with burnout, brain fog, and mental fatigue. When science couldn’t give her all the answers, she set out to bridge the gap herself — combining the best of nature and neuroscience to create a new path forward.
Megan holds a Master’s in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College London (2022), building on her Bachelor’s degrees in Natural Medicine and Commerce and years of clinical experience. Her work led to the development of the world-first Voluntastrols® formula — the foundation of The Vitalogy Project’s Brain Health range and the cornerstone of the 21-Day Brain Health Challenge.
“Understanding your brain changes everything,” says Megan. “Once you know how it works — you can rebuild focus, restore calm, and rediscover your edge.”
When she’s not leading product innovation or sharing the science of brain performance, you’ll find Megan exploring new research, speaking to wellness professionals, or spending time outdoors recharging her own mind.

Marty Brock
Co-Founder & Chief Positivity Officer
Driven by a lifelong passion for performance and wellbeing, Marty Brock brings a unique mix of real-world experience, leadership insight, and athletic discipline to The Vitalogy Project.
As a former high-performing business professional and Ironman athlete, Marty knows firsthand the cost of constant pressure, mental overload, and burnout. His journey — from pushing limits to learning balance — became the foundation for his mission: to help others find their edge without losing their spark.
At The Vitalogy Project, Marty’s role is all about energy, optimism, and real connection. He translates complex brain science into practical, everyday tools that empower people to think clearer, feel better, and perform at their best — in business, sport, and life.
“We all hit the wall sometimes — mentally, physically, emotionally. The challenge isn’t avoiding it; it’s learning how to come back stronger,” says Marty. “That’s what The Vitalogy Project is all about.”
When he’s not inspiring others to find their edge, you’ll find Marty on the open road training for his next endurance event, exploring new ways to optimise performance, or simply enjoying time with family and friends.

"As a business owner, with a large family and busy life - I was really 'spread thin' and feeling overwhelmed just getting through the daily necessities.
Stress and ongoing sleep deprivation and the sudden onset of panic attacks and anxiety episodes. WOW.
Two weeks later, feeling balanced, creative and energetic once more.
Really good quality sleep means I wake up feeling rested. No anxiety, no panic attacks.
I feel balanced, for the first time in a LONG time. I’m just happier.

Started Voluntastrols because of a drop in general concentration and energy levels, attributed to menopause.
After 3 weeks, increased concentration levels, an improvement in my mood and general happiness.
After 3 months, since I was unsure if the improvement was purely due to taking Voluntastrols, I stopped taking them for a few weeks. On recommencing, once again the boost in my mood was apparent. My experiences of feeling “flat” disappeared, to be replaced with a feeling of positivity and happiness.’

I have experienced less headaches, more clarity, reduced pain and more willingness to be active. I’m not as confused and my comprehension of what people are saying has improved significantly, I feel more comfortable being in group situations and find I’m talking more to people instead of avoiding people’
I have noticed how much more comfortable I am with who I am and am generally happy to socialise more because of that reason. I am more present with my kids and more patient with them even though they have become more demanding of my time.
